It’s Time to Register your Chemicals in Colombia
If your company sells industrial chemical products to or manufactures chemicals in Colombia, it’s time to register your substances.
On May 31, 2022, the Colombian Ministry of Commerce (MINCIT) officially commenced the three-year period for registration of chemicals in the country’s new National Registry of Industrial Chemical Substances (Registro Nacional de Sustancias Químicas de Uso Industrial known by Spanish acronym “RSQUI”).
